Investment & Rates
Standard Rates (1 Artist)
Base Package: RM600 (2-hour session)
Per Hour Rate: RM300/hour (for bookings up to the initial 4 hours)
Extended Rate: RM250/hour (for each subsequent hour after the initial 4 hours)
Estimated Output
Approximately 10–15 drawings per hour, per artist

To receive a quotation and secure your preferred date, please provide:
- Event Date
- Venue Location
- Requested Start Time
- Requested End Time
Technical Note
Access to one power socket is appreciated but not mandatory
Booking Terms & Conditions
Securing Your Date
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the quoted rate
The remaining balance is payable on or before the event date
Final Confirmation
Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
Your date is officially reserved only upon receipt of the deposit
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable
Rescheduling may be credited toward a future booking (subject to availability) when notice is provided at least 7 days before the event
Travel Fees
Complimentary travel within 30km radius of Sunway Pyramid
Beyond 30km:
RM1.00/km (calculated beyond 30km from Sunway Pyramid)
Parking, tolls, and venue-related charges will be billed separately
Outstation Accommodation
For events outside Selangor, accommodation may be required
Accommodation may be:
- arranged directly by the client, or
- billed at actual cost
Estimated range: RM100–RM250/night depending on location and event date
Overtime
Any extension beyond the agreed booking time is subject to the artist’s availability on the event day.
Overtime is charged in hourly blocks and calculated as follows:
- RM300/hour during the initial 4 booked hours
- RM250/hour for each subsequent hour after the initial 4 hours
Any part of an additional hour will be charged as one full hourly block.
