Complimentary travel within 30km radius of Sunway Pyramid.
For venues beyond 30km, travel is charged at RM1.00/km (calculated beyond 30km from Sunway Pyramid).
Parking, tolls, and outstation accommodation (if required) may apply.
Outstation Accommodation
For events outside Selangor, accommodation may be required.
Accommodation may be:
- arranged directly by the client, or
- billed at actual cost
Estimated range: RM100–RM250/night depending on location and event date.
East Malaysia Bookings (Sabah & Sarawak)
Mok Matsuru Studio is available for events in Sabah and Sarawak.
Standard event rates apply.
For bookings requiring air travel, a minimum booking duration may apply depending on the destination and travel schedule.
Air travel and accommodation are quoted separately based on travel dates and event location.
The client may choose either:
Option A – Client Arranges
- Return flight tickets
- Accommodation
- Airport transfer / venue transportation
or
Option B – Studio Arranges
Travel and accommodation will be booked by Mok Matsuru Studio and billed at actual cost.
Travel-related expenses may include:
- Return flight tickets
- Checked baggage (if required)
- Airport transfer / e-hailing
- Accommodation
- Parking / tolls
- Travel-related expenses
Travel Day
A travel day fee may apply depending on flight schedule and event timing.
International Bookings
Mok Matsuru Studio is available for selected international events.
International bookings are welcome and quoted individually based on event location and travel requirements.
The client may arrange travel directly or choose to have travel billed at actual cost.
Travel expenses may include:
- Return flight tickets
- Airport transfers / local transportation
- Checked baggage (if required)
- Accommodation
- Visa / permit fees (if applicable)
- Parking / toll / travel-related expenses
International Accommodation
Accommodation is arranged by the client or billed at actual cost.
A private room close to the venue is preferred, especially for early setup or late event hours.
Travel Day
Where international travel requires dedicated travel days, a travel day fee may apply depending on destination and itinerary.
